The first annual FF&B 2010: Functional Food & Beverages India conference, took place at The Leela Kempinski Mumbai, from 29-30 July 2010. This high-level strategic conference drew together a senior audience of 165 delegates and 13 exhibitors from across the Indian food processing industry and drew on the collective experiences and insights of 21 distinguished speakers from 17 companies.
A unique combination of presentations, panel discussions, roundtable debates, and corporate addresses made a jam-packed agenda easily digestible, and the networking element frequent and free flowing.
The event was a huge success, tackling all the business, regulatory and technology issues that will ensure a practical roadmap for functional product development success specific to the Indian market |

| A delegation of R&D, food technology and product innovation professionals from within Indian F&B product manufacturing companies came together, alongside innovative suppliers of ingredients, enhancers, processing technologies and laboratory services. Senior decision makers were in attendance from major companies such as: AB Mauri, Britannia, Cadbury, Coca Cola, Danone, GSK, Heinz, Hindustan Unilever, ITC and Nestlé, amongst others. |
