Dr. GM Tewari, Consultant
Dr. Tewari is currently involved in creating a new analytical laboratory as a Greenfield project. The lab has been completed and will have all the latest analytical instruments to conduct screening and analysis of trace metal residues, chemical and biological residues, and microbiological safety evaluation. He has been President of the International Life Science Institute, India Branch since 1996. He was nominated Member of the Governing Council of PFNDAI in 2000 and Chairman in 2006. |

Dr. Ashish Bhobe, Vice President, R&D, Godrej Hershey
Dr. Ashish Bhobe is VP R&D, for Godrej Hershey Co. He has a Doctorate in Food Science and Technology from UDCT, Mumbai University and has over 24 years experience in FMCG. He leads and supports the strategic innovations and collaborative business initiatives in India. He also heads the technical function and various teams like R&D, quality, regulatory, and chocolate supply chain for Godrej Hershey. |

Dr. Rajesh Kapur, Advisor (Scientist “G”) and Head, Food and Nutrition Division, Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India
Dr. Kapur has a Doctorate from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and has earlier worked as a researcher in Manchester University and the Food Research Institute, Norwich, UK. He is actively associated in policy and regulatory affairs with reference to food processing, nutraceuticals, probiotics and health care products. He has represented the Government of India in several international delegations like Codex Alimentarius, FAO and the United Nations. |
